What we Provide

ErgoWellness offers this service to Employers and Businesses in the East and West Kootenays. A Job Demands Analysis (also known as a Physical Demands Analysis) is a detailed onsite analysis to identify and evaluate the physical and environmental demand requirements of a job. This thorough assessment can be a proactive or reactive service that can be completed at anytime for each job position within an organization, preferably before an injury and kept on file.

Who is Providing the Service

 Ginia Hayward is the owner of ErgoWellness and completes all the Job Demands Analysis Assessments. She is an Ergonomic Consultant and a Kinesiologist who has extensive knowledge in job demand assessments, return to work support services and ergonomic job coaching.
